RAC STORE RETURN POLICY
At Riverside Arts Center, we take great care in producing and shipping your artwork, and we offer a partial refund return policy for your convenience if there is any defect or damage to your product during shipping.
Return Period: You may return the artwork within 14 days of receiving it if there is a visible defect or there has been visible damage during shipping.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Conditions for Returns: The artwork must be in its original condition.
Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info(at) reiversideartscenter.com with pictures of damage to artwork. If return is approved, we will provide instructions for securely packaging and returning the artwork.
Refund Method: Once we have received the artwork in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price, minus the 20% restocking fee and the original shipping cost, to your original payment method.
